together quality management system, environmental protection and occupational health and safety.
The core features of this integrated management system include the continuous improvement of
procedures as well as the creation of clear structures and responsibilities in the setting up and structuring of operations.
Among other things, specific targets and improvements are implemented as part of a balanced
scorecard system.
